At David Phillip Estate Agents based in Bramhope, we have just been instructed to take on an immaculately presented cottage in Pool-in Wharfedale. It’s that time of year when the Christmas trees go up, becoming the centrepiece of our family festivities. We will cover their branches with beautiful baubles, sparkling lights and gifts for friends and family lovingly wrapped underneath.
Dementia is one of the greatest challenges we face in society today – over 850,000 people are living with the disease with approximately 45,000 of this number under the age of 65 and over 225,000 people will develop dementia this year. The village of Bramhope has come together to become Friends of Dementia. At our first meeting I was moved by the accounts relatives and carers gave whilst supporting loved ones living with this disease.
