If you are looking to buy a property in North or West Yorkshire, then David Phillip Estate Agents are selling homes in a beautiful part of the County.

North Yorkshire has lovely cities and towns, spectacular countryside and lots of rich history.

The properties we sell are located in North and West Yorkshire, close to Leeds, Bradford and Harrogate. All are easily accessible by good local transportation links and Leeds Bradford Airport is close by.

Our local areas include the affluent suburbs such as Allwoodley and Adel, bustling market towns such as Otley and beautiful villages, all provide good local amenities, schools and vibrant communities.

Take a look at our local area guides. We have invested in videos which give you a true feel of the area, it’s surrounding countryside, the local community and businesses – people buy an area as well as a home, and these provide more than just static literature and photos.

North Leeds is lucky to have some excellent schools including Leeds Grammar School, Prince Henry’s in Otley and Bramhope Primary School, take a look at the Ofsted reports on our website.
