Being extra ‘people vigilant’ during Lockdown

Between Christmas and New Year it is estimated that between around one in 50 people have had Covid-19. In Leeds the infection rate has increased to 271.6 per 100,000 with further increases expected as the relaxations over Christmas feeds through.

Leeds is currently ranking 266th nationally out of 339 authorities meaning that Leeds has lower infection rates than most authorities.

Although Estate Agents, Removal Companies and Surveyors are permitted to carry on working it is key that they follow the strict Government Guidelines re Social Distancing and  follow protocol that not only protects their clients but also their people too.

Following the strictest government guidelines

Although we can still undertake (and are doing) market appraisals, if clients prefer, they can request a virtual valuation.

Our office is open and we are following PPE protocol. We recommend that you call us first as we may be able to answer any question you have over the phone. If you do need to call in and see us we can arrange an appointment at your convenience - we ask that you wear a protective face-mask, but we have plenty of hand sanitiser in the office and our signeage clearly shows the two meter distancing.
