  • We use QR codes (Quick response), simply take a photo of this on your mobile and you are immediately immersed into the property – another way to conduct a property viewing
  • Videos ensure you can visit the area as well as the property, view the local community and all the local areas of interest, again from the safety of your own home
  • We use all the main property portals to ensure your home reaches the greatest audience possible and can be viewed from your iphone or desktop – and because we have the Optimiser package on Rightmove, your property is featured right at the top of the listings
  • By using Property File, you can give and receive feedback on viewings as well as getting an update on your property progress
  • Customers can book market appraisals remotely via our website or through the main property portals – no need even to ring the office
  • At David Phillip Estate Agents we use site maps as well as floor plans (these are produced offshore) , so clients can see the size and format of the garden without having to visit a property

Trudy our Associate Director is working from home today, but with access through the Jupix Customer Relationship portal to all our appointments, vendors and buyers. The phones are diverted straight through to her mobile phone, and she is using Face Time – the Customer Experience is no different to that of calling the office.

Our meeting this afternoon will be virtual – we really don’t need to be sat around a table, as every member of the team has access to all the relevant data required.
