In some cases, instead of having the worry and uncertainty of losing the property you want, rather than securing via a traditional mortgage it may be feasible to consider some form of short-term finance, if your financial situation enables you to facilitate this.

Currently, a popular route is to use some form of Bridging finance, which is typically taken out over a shorter period of time, this can provide you with a fast financial solution that allows you to act quickly and purchase your next  home without having to wait for funds. Whilst in some cases the cost may prove prohibitive it’s certainly worth exploring to see if this can be a realistic alternative.
