I have recently sold my property through David Phillip Estate Agents and cannot recommend them highly enough. They are a five star service. Lesa David and Trudi were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable from the initial valuation through to completion. Anytime I needed any help or advice all I needed to do was phone them. One of them was always available and they all were aware of my details. A truly personal service. Lesa and Trudi certainly went the extra mile for me as we had one solicitor in the chain who wasn’t on the same page as everyone else!!! I don’t think we all would have managed to get moved without them. They spent a lot of time ringing round the other estate agents and solicitors in the chain and we managed to exchange contracts at the eleventh hour so we knew we could complete and not have to rearrange it yet again. I found the fee structure simple to understand and was delighted I had chosen the package with the video tour as we went into lockdown almost as soon as I put the house up for sale. People were still able to view and once lockdown was lifted there was a lot of interest leading to a sale. Thank you very much Lesa Trudi and David.
